Package #1: $5,300 FLAT FEE (up to 150 guests)

  • Tables, chairs and table cloths for up to 150 (standard options)
  • 14 hours of usage of the Grand Barn and Acreage (10:00am to Midnight)
  • Day-of-Event Coordinator
  • One to Two staff members to assist during the event
  • All set-up and teardown of tables and chairs
  • Parking attendants
  • Bridal Suite & Groom's Den
  • Modern restrooms
  • Rustic décor including barrels, chalkboards, Biergarten lights, and miscellaneous furniture
  • You may select vendors of your choice

Package #2: $3,500 WEEKDAY EXPRESS (up to 150 guests maximum)

  • Monday through Thursday only
  • Tables, chairs and table cloths for up to 150 (standard options)
  • Requires use of our preferred catering service (catering costs NOT included)
  • 10 hours of usage of the Grand Barn and Acreage (1:00 pm to 11:00 pm)
  • Day-of-Event Coordinator
  • Two staff members to assist during the event
  • All set-up and teardown
  • Parking attendants
  • Bridal Suite & Groom's Den
  • Modern restrooms
  • Rustic décor including barrels, chalkboards, Biergarten lights, and miscellaneous furniture

Full Service Upgrade, add $1,200

  • Let us do all the work! Drop off your decorations the day before and we will place them for you.
  • Includes cocktail tables, arbor decoration, ceremony doors, double curtains, and curtain of lights. (Excludes china service)
